Aem Publish - block access to /crx

Good morning,

on Publish machines without working on the Dispatchers is it possible to block access to a path both logged in and logged out?

I would like to block the following paths:

- /crx/explorer/browser/index.jsp

- /crx/explorer/index.jsp

- /crx/explorer/ui/search.jsp

- /crx/*

Thanks

Hi Roberto,

Just to say, you should really, really, consider using Dispatcher with all security it gives.

Stopping CRX/de is part of good practices.

Please follow this guide, to disable webDav [1]

Similarly, you can use reverse of this guide to achieve same, [2]

[1] Security Checklist | Adobe Experience Manager

[2] Enabling CRXDE Lite in AEM | Adobe Experience Manager

Regards,

Peter

you can achieve this through user groups only, as per my knowledge I don't think there's a default config to disable a few access points on any instance.

please make use of closed user groups on your publish instance.
