Hello @varaande  -

Yes, AEM Forms requires a separate license in addition to the base Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) license. AEM Forms is an extension of AEM that provides specific features and capabilities for creating, managing, and delivering forms and document-driven experiences.

Hi @varaande

AEM Forms is an add-on to the AEM software and it requires a separate license as per the documentation.

& here is the form where you can submit the request to get the pricing. Also you can open a support case or reach out to the Technical Account Manager for your account and they should be able to help you.

Thanks,

Lokesh
