AEM as cloud service to Client on-prem

Avatar

Hey All,

So I am working with a client that has a bunch of web services on their servers. They whitelist servers that can access those services, but they have AEM Cloud Service. The primary problem is there is no set up IP addresses to "whitelist" as since these AEM "instances" are services and could be many different IP addresses. I was wondering what some options people have done in the past.

Hi,

Can you check with Adobe if loadbalancer have IP ragne or static IP?

In the past for one of the use case, we have used the proxy server to get this done. but we had another server already running so we had reused as proxy server

AEM(dynamic IP) --> Proxy(static IP) --> EndPoint
