Hi All,
Adobe Form comes as a paid version of AEM ? Do we need to use a separate license to use it other than AEM product key of on premises ?

Yes its a separate package coming under Digital Enrolment and Forms.It is also available as PAAS offerings. Please refer the below links for details and pricing

On the existing key part i believe you can use the same license key whatever you are currently using but make sure you are aligned with adobe on any changes required while installing the forms package on the instance and using if commercially.
