DPS 2015 Android App; Article Download fails

Hi,

We are publishing on both iOS and Android.

IOS App works fine but on Android many articles fail to download, some do not.

They are loaded properly in the Layout but when we tap on them the download fails.

We could not find any differences in the Article Metadata of those that work and those that do not.

Do you have any debug suggestions or encountered that problem before?

Hi Jan,

I suggest calling enterprise support for assistance with this. They can look into it and contact the engineering team directly to debug if necessary.
