AEM Mobile Android In-App Purchase Button Not Working

Hello,

It has been about 6 months since I have built an AEM Mobile Android app, and never had a problem until just recently. With the latest build 2018.4 after loading the app and tapping an in-app purchase nothing seems to happen. Have tried several tablets running 8.0 and 7.1 and multiple apps, from which purchases worked correctly on before. I have made sure that the Google In-app purchasing checkbox is enabled when building the app and entered the Google Play Shared correctly in Project Settings. Is this a feature that is no longer available like Windows or am I missing something super easy? Any help is very much appreciated.

Could you reach out to customer care and get an issue logged for this? In the meantime, we will investigate on our end as well.

travisd42936554​, we are working on a number of Android fixes which includes this issue - and are targeting the week of June 11th for release. Stay tuned.

Also, we reported to Enterprise Support, issues with App not opening content on some Android Tablets.  It works on all phones we tried, and on some larger (10") tablets, but not on the smaller 7" tablets.
