Unable to submit support ticket through Experience League - extension has been in Manual QA for OVER A MONTH

I am trying to get support from Adobe because the extension we've submitted has been in "Manual QA Review" for over a month.  Well beyond the estimated timeframe and there have been 0 updates.  I'm trying to submit a support ticket through Experience League and the "Product List" dropdown is empty, not allowing me to proceed despite trying multiple times, different devices, cleared cookies/cache, etc.  Emails to the support email on the site also go ignored.   Can someone from Adobe please assist?

Hey @RTCo, I am really sorry to hear that. Could you tell me where and how you submitted your extension so that I can find the team that's on the hook? Any details about your extension would also help.

@tmj I submitted the extension through the standard process via the Adobe developer site.  I'll DM you the specific details and submission id.

Not seeing a way to DM you the info.  As I'd rather not post the info publicly, is there another way I can get this to you?  If you're able to look it up, it's our only extension that's in 'in progress" status.
