Question
Unable to generate the JWT access token.
When I enter in my Private key, and click generate I get an error message
"There was an error generating the custom JWT. Please try again."
Could someone please help with this?
I got the same message when I just tried generating my Access Token from the I/O Management API page when I pasted in my Private Key. I then just refreshed the page and tried again and it worked.
