Unable to Access "Go to Proof" Link on iPhone – Redirect & Expired Link Issue

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with the "Go to Proof" link in Workfront. The details are as follows:

  • When clicking the "Go to Proof" link on a desktop system, all browsers (Safari, Chrome, etc.) allow access without requiring an additional Adobe Workfront login.
  • However, when clicking the "Go to Proof" link from an iPhone (Safari/Google Chrome), it redirects to the browser but displays an "Expired Link" error.
  • The email containing the proof link states:
    "This is your unique proofing link. Anyone who clicks this link accesses the proof as you. Please keep this in mind when forwarding or replying to this email."
  • Despite this, the link does not work on an iPhone, causing inconvenience in reviewing proofs on mobile devices.
