Hi There -- I keep getting this email "Your integrations using Service Account (JWT) credentials will need to migrate" but am not sure how to do this. are we able to jump on a call to have you walk me through it?

Hi @rileyzo

this is because the old JWT API authentication will be discontinued by Jan 27th 2025, and OAuth will have to be used instead.

Please refer to Adobe's documentation for this.

You will have to update the authentication mechanism in your developer console's API projects and add OAuth.

Same you will also need to do on the actual applications that consume the APIs.

Hope that helps

Cheers from Switzerland!

Hi @rileyzo - all information can on the migration can be found on these doc pages below -

1. https://developer.adobe.com/developer-console/docs/guides/authentication/ServerToServerAuthentication/migration/

2. https://developer.adobe.com/developer-console/docs/guides/authentication/ServerToServerAuthentication/faqs/

However, if you need more help, please get in touch with customer support. Note: Adobe can only provide high-level guidance; it is your IT team who would need to perform the migration.

Thanks
Manik
