How to download latest open source magento, not from GitHub, manual download.

what keeps you from using GitHub, or what other source are you looking for?

since it's open sourced, it's quite usual to have it in a freely available source code repository that allows others to contribute.

 

Are you looking for the source code as zip?

    What do you mean by "manual" download? GitHub is the official way to download it for now.

      I guess this is already answered in another post, but still trying to address your query, do you want build a custom Magento build with the dependencies and libraries as per your choice.

       

      You can download Magento other than Github from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/magento-open-source.mirror/ 

       

      But its always advisable to download the Magento build from official sources. Like:

       

      https://developer.adobe.com/open/magento
