  1. Is it possible to create a technical account for accessing the cloudManager git repository ? If possible, how can we do this ?
  2. Validity of the cloudManager git repository access token (both normal and technical account ) ?
  3. Is it possible to create a technical account in adobe developer console, which we can use for the aio cloud-manager command ?
  4. Is it possible to use and configure our GitHub enterprise repository in cloudManager pipeline ?

The CloudManager git repository is Adobe's repository, so you need to check with them your use case by submitting a support ticket. But generally, you can use your own GitHub enterprise repository as a "mirror" repository to Adobe's one, that is the recommended approach.

You can read more about that here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/using-cloud-manager/managing-code/integrating-with-git.html?lang=en
