Application Suggestions for Adobe Express Embed SDK

I'm looking at the Adobe Express Embed SDK and wondering if I'm the right thought-path...

I'm trying to provide an experience where a person could use the tool to take a selfie and remove the background and submit the photo via JPEG and a certain resolution 288x328px.

Could I use this to provide this experience?
