Add a new version of xd plugin isn't working

when i try to upload as usual a new .xdx plugin file i get this message.

i haven't changed anything and i even tried to deploy an existing version (that used to work) and get the same error.

when i look in the console i see this error

Please confirm that you are using the latest starter template and that there are no empty files in the upload package

it seems to be working again now with hte same file - maybe it was a specific problem you had
