@marcoc59585267 it's been a while since I've dealt with this and based on https://bank.demdex.com/portal/swagger/index.html I'm not sure you'll find an API call for this.
I think a custom export might be the way to go here, you'll have to contact Support so they can set this up but essentially it acts as a custom destination where we can export mapped segments based on a specific identifier, you'd use an S3 folder to receive the files on a daily basis. This can be set up so the first export is a full audience for a segment and then incremental changes only or full every day if that suits your needs better.
