Token Error 400 for API Token validation in Bulk Management - BAAM Tool

Hi all,

 

I was trying the BAAAM tool plugin to access traits and segments. I have the latest 64-bit Microsoft Excel version and downloaded the BAAAM worksheet from the AAM Release notes.

After copy-pasting the information token & ORG id, later I try clicking on "validate token" but keep getting a Token error  -  Token Error: 400 Bad Request {"message":"Strings must not be null","code":"ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT"}

 

Can someone please help how to troubleshoot this and fix it? I've already tried the following:

- I have tried it running with and without a corporate porxy server running behind

- I have the latest 64-bit Microsoft version

- I have saved the file as a macro-enabled excel (.xlsm)

 

Would really appreciate some help on this.

    the error message seems to suggest you have a missing field. you need all three fields populated for the validation step to run. Do you also have 'environment' populated?
