Segments sent from AAM to Analytics appear as Unknown.

Hello, I have set up some new segments in Adobe Audience Manager and set Adobe Analytics as a Destination.

 

They are coming through into AA, however the Audience Name is "Unknown", the Audience IDs are coming in correctly. I have done this previously and the Audience Names have appeared accurately. The Report Suite in the Adobe Analytics Destination is the correct one and I can see the Segments there.

 

Is there a reason why this would be occurring?

Had a discussion with my colleague @pablodelacuesta .. we don't remember the exact reason but can you try editing the segment names in AAM, it should trigger the metadata (Audience Names) to be pushed again to Analytics.

Hey @tof_jossic I have edited a couple of the Unknown segments coming through but no correct update yet.
