Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) destination in Adobe Audience Manager (AAM)

Hello Experts,

Hope everyone is doing well.

Can we activate an audience segment from Adobe Audience Manager to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to run an email trigger campaign? Please help me with any document or best practice guide.

We have an inbound data source to AAM which ingests offline data and we do segmentation on top of it.

Thank you so much.

Hi @kishore_reddy

There is no S2S destination setup for AAM to SFMC.

AAM Customer care can set up a daily export to your S3 or SFTP with the customer IDs/ device Id's + corresponding segment Id's. You can fetch the batch file from the S3/SFTP and check if that can be imported to their email marketing platform.

If SFMC allows to collect data via HTTP in real-time, you can get a URL based destination created.

As next steps: Please contact AAM customer care for requesting to create a daily export.
