Overlap Reporting Discrepancy

Hi,

Has anyone seen cases where the trait-to-trait and segment-to-segment overlap numbers stay the same in terms of overlap percentage and uniques? For example, Segment A has the same uniques as Segment B.

Any insights on this helps.
