Origin of Audience is required - PBD segment map to Destination

Hi there,

 

I was mapping segment to PBD destination for FB. while mapping it gives me the error " Origin of Audience is required "

The segment is pushed from Adobe Campaign (based on 1st party data) and

Profile merge rule is "All Cross-Device Profiles " (PBD dedicated profile merge rule). I have tried segment with Last Auth + Profile Link Device PMR as well but it still gives me the same error.

 

Can you please advise?

Hi @charlie05,

You would need to choose 'directly from customers'.

      Not very well documented on our side I have to admit but these choices are matching the options you get when uploading audiences directly in Facebook Ads Manager - see below:
