I am trying to reset my password, but I am not receiving the email to do so.
I am trying to login from here, https://api.demdex.com/portal/login
I click "Forgot Password", enter my username and email. It says "Success An email was sent to you with further instructions.", but there is no email in my inbox/spam/etc. Others at my organization are experiencing the same issue.
I included an image of my screen and network inspector showing a 204. I removed my username/email information for privacy.
