Our Dev teams are using Xamarin SDK for apps, is there a step-by-step guide to integrating App data with AAM?

Similar steps can be followed for iOS.

You can also leverage Adobe Launch to implement latest Mobile SDK for experience cloud products. That documentation is still in progress, you can keep an eye on this doc: https://docs.adobelaunch.com/
