In AAM How to encrypt, decrypt and anonymize data?

Are any tools provided by AAM out of box for encrypting and decrypting data?

If not, what tools are typically integrated for this purpose?

AAM doesn't capture or allow sending in PII. So, what it is that you are trying to encrypt?
