Hello,

Was curious if anyone has any information that they can share about implementing declared IDs for CCPA opt-outs? Curious to know who is currently using this and what you think of it?

Hello,

 

In order to fulfill CCPA related requests, our customers typically leverage our Privacy API to retrieve, delete, and update customer data based on declared IDs: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/privacy/home.html?lang=en

 

Some implementation effort on your behalf may be required in order to create a data/privacy management experience for your customers which leverages this API.
