Data Share between Adobe Audience Manager and Krux

Hello,

Has anyone come across a use case to share audiences between AAM and Krux?

I know Kruz segments can be ingested via an AAM pixel.

Wondering if AAM segments can be shared with Krux?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Winston,

    Hope you are doing well !!

    Regarding sharing audiences between AAM and Krux, you can share AAM Segments with Krux for that you need to raise a ClientCare ticket with Audience Manager Support Team as this can be done through Server to Server (S2S) Destination setup. Audience Manager Support Team will setup Batch Data Server for segment sharing to Krux. For that you need to provide a few details to them like:

    Batch Data Format you want :

    For Web or for Mobile. If Mobile then it is for iOS or Android

    Krux - iOS (Platform) (369) or Krux - android (Platform) (370)

    Once Format is decided and S2S Destination is setup, before you map segments to your Krux Destination (in the AAM UI) you need to fill out the Krux taxonomy file and deliver it to Krux representative. This will allow for the segments to be created in the Krux platform.

    For Krux taxonomy template file please contact Audience Manager Clientcare.
