Hey Rama,

AAM will maintain GDPR logs and clear them by itself. To know more about AAM and GDPR check out the guidelines here - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Adobe Audience Manager | Adobe Experience Manager .

Thanks,

Gaurang

Hi Rama,

It would be better if you could explain on what do you mean by secure deletion. How do you want it to implement in AAM?

Thanks,
Gaurang

Thanks Gaurang for responding.

In short, secure deletion addresses the below issue:

"In order to prevent the possibility of unauthorized access to data, it is necessary to ensure that the information stored within legacy or redundant IT infrastructure has the appropriate and rigorous level of protection when its life cycles comes to an end."

Typically when we delete data, Windows stores it in Recycle Bin, meaning that the data is not completed deleted.

I am looking at this aspect of AAM, because we are trying to assess Adobe's GDPR Compliance.

Appreciate your support.

Thanks,

Rama.
