CDF File vs AAM UI Discrepancy

Hi Team,

 

We are noticing that there is a huge difference between what we see in CDF logs vs AAM UI in regards to ID counts.   In AAM UI, we are noticing that there are only 300 000 total trait population, however, in the CDF logs, we are seeing around 800 000.  Do any one of you know why that might be the case?

      Hi Shweta, I did run this by the customercare and they mentioned that this was due to the fact that cdf logs events and the UI doesn't. UI only takes only the user level info, which means it dedupes all the event times. Is this the case?
