BAAAM Tool - How can we get the results for Cross Device counts from Onboarded Traits instead Device ID counts?

Hi,

I am using BAAAM tool to generate the unique trait realization and total trait population counts for "Cross Device" results.

It seems like when I try to run the traits it showing only the Device ID counts for 1 day, 7 day, 14 day so on. But not showing Cross Device counts.

Can you please help me on how to get the expected results.

Hi Vijay,

 

This is a known issue with the API and general / trend reports within AAM. This is a result of the PMR update that went live last October, which introduced the cross-device trait view. This should be resolved in a future release.

AAM support can run a query to pull these cross-device reports for the time being.
