Audience Size smaller in Adobe Target

Hi,

When we are doing A/B test in Target, the audiences that we push from AAM seems to produce low visits.  Would anyone know why that would be the case?  The AAM real-time audience size are around 300, however when in Target, we only see 3 or 4.  Any insight would help on this.

Thanks

Hello,

The qualification within Target A/B testing would be dependent on the activity configuration within Target. Are you able to open a case with customer care which contains the name of the Target activity, the segment name, and an email address of an authorized AAM & Target user ? With this information, the customer care team can assist with investigating your concerns related to this specific audience and activity.

Best,

Hi @curtiso1,

What would be some of the reasons for Target to not see those users?  Could it be a tagging issue or the experience overall as well?

Thanks

Did the audience "live" long before you activated? Not saying you are, but some people read the population number in the wrong way....

And...

If you use target in combination with AAM people visiting you will only be eligble for targeting on next page (or maybe next visit if not exposed for experience in the same session - all dependent on the user pattern of your visitors...) depending on your business and cookies.... do you expect a lot of returning visitors (same cookie)?

And...

Does the Audience consist of many traits?
