Add new CTA for segments and traits is not available

I want to create new traits and segments in AAM but i dont fid the add new CTA to do so. I did check my administrative right to the tool and it seem exactly like for a user who can see the create new CTA. Please help me understand if I am missing something

Thank you for the direction. I got the access permissions modified by the admin of the organization and now I have the option to create new traits and segments.
