Where can I find the Advanced Calculated Metrics

Advance Calculated Metrics feature can be leveraged while creating a "New Calculated Metrics" only, they are not directly available in Analysis workspace.
You would first need to create a Calculated metrics using the "Advance Functions", calculated metrics once created can be further used in Analysis workspace.
