@PolyRoger This seems to be custom dimension, I guess an evar or a Prop in which "sales region" is captured, you might have to check how your implementation is capturing these values in your implementation.
However, the dimension "Countries" is the standard dimension, which is populated by Adobe analytics server, This dimension references lookup rules internal to Adobe. The lookup value is based on the IP address sent with the hit. Adobe partners with Digital Element to maintain lookups between IP address and country. This dimension works out of the box for all implementations.

The United States should not show in EMEA. So how was this defined or determined?
