What analytic reports should I start with.

My company is planning to start using Adobe Analytics in a couple of weeks. Now they want me to list some analytic reports to start with. Can anyone give me some suggestion ie .KPI or some market driven report.. We are in the Mortgage loan business. yy

Thanks for any suggestion.. books, articles, videos, youtube, Lynda etc..
