Hello All,

I'm aware that timestamps are enabled by customer care, is there a way that I can I see how this is set?

I'm afraid not - Timestamp support for a report suite is a setting that can only be seen internally to Adobe currently. If you'd like to see this feature in the Analytics UI, you can upvote this idea thread: Timestamp enablement in SC admin interface

If you are referring to capturing the time in a variable, you can do this using the getTimeParting plug-in (getTimeParting).

Analysis Workspace also includes time-parting dimensions (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/analytics/analysis-workspace/time-parting-dimension...), though these are only available in Analysis Workspace and not Ad Hoc or Reporting. If you want time data outside of Analysis Workspace you'll need to set up a variable.
