Report Builder Date range error

Hi All,

 

When I am trying to create a report on report builder and selecting date range, the screen goes to not responding and then gets closed.

Kindly help

2 things to check.

Are you using latest version of report builder?

Is your internet connection via a VPN that may be blocking port 443?
