An event we set up that fires upon user login does not fire anymore for iOS (starting August 2023). The rule we have firing the event was not updated since 2021. We have also ruled out any internal issue by looking at AA & Launch, and seeing that there were no related updates during the time the drop started. We have also confirmed that the event still fires in Android and in Windows.
Any kind of enlightenment about this would be appreciated. Are there any recent update that Apple has made that is interfering with specific data collection e.g. events? I am kind of stuck on the issue now since it happened suddenly and without any changes on our end. Thank you in advance.
