Identify anonymous user path

Hello everyone,

 

 How to identify the user path for the same user before authentication where he/she is anonymous to a logon user ?

Hi @luca_lattarini ,

In case you are using a visitor identification method like Experience Cloud ID service, a user before and after login system will be identified as the same user. Though, it might not be possible in case you are leveraging custom visitor ID for visitor identification.

Hi isinha, I think i will user MID for anonymous and declared ID for customer (after login ). In order to understand the user path in the web site for each anonymous /customer, do you have any suggestion? I mean which they visted.

Hi @luca_lattarini ,

In case you are capturing MID or visitor in a custom variable like an evar or prop, you can segment using a particular visitor and leverage Flow or Pathing report to see the numbers.
