In Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), you can utilize the Analysis Workspace to find the time gap between two events, such as a customer’s first visit to your website and their first subscription. It offers a flexible environment.

  1. Create a new project in Analysis Workspace.
  2. Drag and drop the required components (like dimensions, metrics, segments) into the project.
  3. Use a segment to isolate customers with both first visit and first subscription events.
  4. Apply a date range that includes the time period you want to analyze.
  5. Use calculated metrics to create a formula that calculates the time difference between the two events.
  6. Visualize the data using tables or charts to easily interpret the time gap.

For detailed steps, you might want to refer to CJA tutorials specific to Analysis Workspace, as they provide more in-depth guidance.
