Adobe has a sort of heat map called ActivityMap.
Tracks and ranks click activity on page and even has a live version with bubbles to show intensity.
And here's Adobe's documentation on it: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/activity-map/activity-map.html?lang=en

However, just a personal comment that the Activity Map function heavily depends on the HTML structure to identify what item had been clicked, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/activity-map/link-tracking/activitymap-lin... or you may not get the result as expected.
