Heartbeat server calls at video start

My client recently switched over to heartbeat video tracking, however, there was not documentation regarding no the existing parameters would translate into heartbeat or the types of server calls, the number of server calls, the parameters inside the server call. If one is testing for validation what are you testing with there's no expected behavior/values?
