Fall out Report

Hello Forum,

Not sure whether this is the right forum or not, if posting in wrong forum - sorry for the inconveniences.

Our company website has different "Contact-Us" page and subsequent "Success" page. Those pages can be marked separately through segment, that provision is there. Now I am trying to create a Fall out report of "Contact-Us" page and "Success" page. Can anyone help to figure out a a way for it.

Regards

Utsav

Hello @utsavm1234

A fallout report in Adobe Analytics can help analyze the sequential step users take from one page to another.

  1. Open your Adobe Analytics account and navigate to the Analysis workspace.
  2. Select the type of report as Fallout.
  3. Drag and drop the user segments into the fallout visualization. Segments represent a sequence of user actions or behaviors.
  4. First drag and drop the "Contact-Us" page segment into the fallout area. This will serve as the entry point.
  5. Afterward, drag and drop the "Success" page segment right next to the "Contact Us" page segment. This will service as the next step.

Also, Adobe Analytics evaluates fallout reports based on the order you place the pages in. Users are included even if they visit other pages between "Contact-Us" and "Success".

Thanks,

Venkat
