BrightCove Video Tracking extension - ISSUE

Hi Team,

I have configured based on this extension as per the steps given in this doc> https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/adobe/brightcove/overvie... but none of the events are not firing. Is anyone faced the similar issue before? is there something we need to follow or check additionally other than mentioned in the docs.
