Adobe Alert on SKU level

Hi there,

I want to set up an alert on a SKU level. My goal is to be noticed whenever if a SKU sales looks abnormal.

Currently Adobe allows us to set up alert using filter. So I can set an alert using SKU=XXXX to get a specific SKU's notification.

But  I have quite a lot of SKUs, it is not realistic to set up alerts one by one for all of them.

Is there any other way to do so?

Thanks!

There is a way that should be pretty efficient.

Using SAINT classifications, make a sub class for SKUs you want to Alert on.

even if you have hundreds or thousands then in Alert you can segment from this sub classification = Alert on for example.

It just takes one upload and done. The only thing as SKUs fall into or out of Alert on. Or if new ones are added you need to update them an re upload accordingly.

Hi GLTU,

thanks for the reply.

I've thought about this solution. But we actually have over 40,000 SKU. Thus

if we do subclass level, the SKU under subclass will still be a lot which makes it hard to detect a single SKU's issue.

If we do a more detailed level, then since we have a lot of SKU, the alerts would still be a lot. and what is a reasonable size of SKU in one alert?

Any thoughts?
