We’re excited to share a powerful new addition to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics: the Data Insights Agent, a generative AI assistant designed to supercharge your data analysis experience!

What is it?

The Data Insights Agent is an AI-powered conversational tool that helps you explore your data in natural language. Ask questions, and it will generate visualizations like line charts, bar graphs, cohort tables, and more, all within your Analysis Workspace.

• Get instant visualizations and summaries
• Supports follow-up questions for deeper insights
• Saves time and boosts productivity

Availability:

This feature is part of a phased release starting May 28, 2025, and will be available until November 30, 2025 (unless extended).
