I have been try to access Adobe Admin Console and only get; 'You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.'
Try accessing through incognito window or a different browser. At times, the cookies would lead to this issue.
If the issue persists, its likely that your administrator has removed your Adobe ID from the "admin console" access roles.
