Solved

Hello,I'm testing our an engagement program, and currently have two leads in stream 1. Both leads have exhausted all content in the stream.Stream 2 has a transition rule set up that says once anyone in stream 1 is delivered email X, they will then be pulled into stream 2.Well, both leads were delivered email X a few days ago, and instead of being pulled into the next stream I keep getting notifications from Marketo that stream 1 has been exhausted. How do I get them into the next stream? Thanks.

I am trying to do A/B testing in an engagement program. Is the only way to do that to add an email/AB test as a program, or can I add an A/B test to an email from within the engagement program?

I have created a dynamic form in LiveCycle ES Designer. It has a dynamic table and a dynamic text field. The table has a single row with 6 cells. Inside of each cell I have created sub forms and then placed various boxes (text, drop downs, etc). I have created an add and remove button to replicate the table if another one is needed. In my table in the first cell I have a drop down field currently that goes from 1 to 75. When you click on the add row button and it replicates another row I would like for it to auto populate the field to indicate #2, #3, so on and so on as you add table rows. I realize that it can not be a drop down field and will most probably have to be a text or number field. What I do not know however is the java that will tell it to generate the next sequencial number when I add a new row. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction to find my answer? Thanks,Shane

I'm trying to create a user role where the user has access to:- Create a program- Import a listNothing more.Is it possible to do this?

Is anyone else having issues with this character appearing in their lead records: . It seems that Marketo isn't recongizing accent marks in a leads first name/last name/company name/etc. and replacing it with a  character.

If I add new steps for a channel (progression steps) in Marketo, will it automatically add them to Salesforce or do I have to go into Salesforce and add the steps as well? I'd love it to be able to add them once and then not have to worry about it again.

We are creating a table within an email, and I need to understand how to merge cells, if that is even possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!~kblack

I have been experimenting with creating dynamic sections of a landing page based on the selection of from a select menu.  I finally figured out that I was having problems between when Jquery was ready and when the form actually loaded.  In the end, I ended up explicitly adding the Form2.js in the top of my html block to get the MktoForms2.whenReady to properly call.  However, I am wondering if anyone solved this differently as a hate loading a script in twice.

Is there a way to get a header for a form to show up in the lightbox?  I would like to embed one of our forms on a Wordpress page and use a lightbox. The test page I made works well, except that the only part that shows up in the lightbox are the fields and button.  I can make a header on the Wordpress page, but it looks funny without it showing up in the lightbox.Anyone know a way to do this? Thanks! Jennifer

Does anyone know how to correct, or rather modify the link color that phones are now placing on phone numbers and such in emails? Our team has other links that appear as a slightly different shade of blue, but even with an embedded style sheet defining our anchor tags to be a given color, the phone mail clients are reverting to the "default blue" for phone numbers.

Hi - We are working on standardizing our utm code tracking for all of our URL's and forms. Can someone explain the value/difference is setting up hidden field for C.campaign, c.medium, c.source, etc with either to get value from 'URL parameter' or 'Cookie Value' or 'Referral parameter'?We want the utm codes in the URL's created by our search marketing agency to overwrite the default value set in forms 2.0. Thanks!

My original login badge and a few others are not receiving the full color version. Each time I look at them I keep having to hover to see that I've already received them.Ideas?  Help?

A new lead list was obtained from a tradeshow recently. If I upload this list and check remove duplicates, will the email addresses associated with the new list be updated with a new customer type (found in the new list) or will it remain the original lead's customer type? My new lead list will have a different customer type than the old lead list.

Hi everyone,I'm hoping you can help.  I have nurture campaign running, and as part of the campaign I have 1 form being used on a number of landing pages which is simply a 'Submit' button so it looks like leads are just hitting a button to get the document.I can see that on landing page there has been 14 'form fills' - bascially 14 people hit the button, but when I try to see who actually 'filled out the form' it is not working.  It brings up all the form fills for that form.  I can't specifically ask it for form fills on a set marketo landing page.  I am using a trigger campaign on a number   of other landing pages where I use 'Clicks link' and its working correctly, however for this landing page I can't do 'Clicks link' or 'filled out form'....I've tried asking Marketo support but seem to be going round in circles.ThanksJuli

We are importing a 3rd party "member list" of attendees and registrants (from a webinar) into our Marketo database.  Is there a way to catagorize them automatically as 'attended', 'registered', 'trial request' instead of manually changing them?

What is the difference between importing a list of leads into a static list which is a local asset of a program or importing the leads directly in as members of a program. Why would you choose one way, or the other?

Hi everyone,I have an engagement program and I wanted to know if there is a flow step that will push the leads into a certain point in the stream? Or if there was something that detect if the lead had seen that asset before and not send that particular email but then carry on in the stream?E.g "send email - choice - program is XYZ - do not send email XYZ" or something along those lines. Thanks

Are there plans to allow for a wildcard before words not just at the end? For example:I might want to have a CTA on all things with the Los Angeles Lakers but with RTP limitation it would have to start with Lakers like this:yahoo.com/sports/nba/lakers*but there might be content with "lakers" in it that don't begin with that word like:yahoo.com/sports/nba/*lakers* - this is what I'd like to be able to do. Throw a new CTA on any URL that contains lakers

I'm creating a landing page with Marketo form embedded and this will be used at a tradeshow. I want people to fill out the form, receive some sort of aknowledgement (like text that says thank you and disappears after a few seconds), and then for the form to be refreshed (actually probably makes more sense for the form to refresh, and then thank you text to appear). Does anyone know how to implement this or have other ideas?I've figured out how to get a Thank you text to show with the submission, but then the form refreshes right away so I only see the message for a quick flash.I used an idea found on another thread. Here's my code:<script src="//app-sjg.marketo.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.js"></script><form id="mktoForm_XXXX"></form><script>MktoForms2.loadForm("//app-sji.marketo.com", "nnn-nnn-nnn", XXXX, function(form){  //Add an onSuccess handler  form.onSuccess(function(values, followUpUrl){  document.getElementById('
