Hi,   I am trying to read all meta tag values added to an asset.I used the following code snippet to read    1.Reading  tags by the following method       asset.getMetadatavalue("cq:tags")    2. Having an array of shorthand tag ids added.     3. Used the for loop to iterate over tag ids and used "resolve" method to get the tag object.        tagManager = resolver.adaptTo(TagManager.class);        Tag custTag = tagManager.resolve(t1);    4. When trying to read its values,it is breaking out from the second tag onward. Getting proper values for the first tag and null values for the second one         custTag.getName();custTag.getPath();   5. Length of a tag array is coming properly. Could you please help me on this Regards,Kirithi

Sorry if this has been answered, I search, but my results page only brings up a pure white page.. This has been happening consistently on these forums as of late... :(Anyhow,I have a parsys that I am included on a Sightly page componenent like so:<div class="container sub-page-content">    <div class="row">        <div class="col-sm-9">            <div class="page__par" data-sly-resource="par"></div>        </div>        <div class="col-sm-3 hidden-xs">            <div class="sidebar"></div>        </div>    </div></div>I go to the page via the ClassicUI, and drag some TEXT and TITLEs on it.Now when I return back to the page, I cannot access individual components that I have dragged into PARSYS. It acts like 1 big component. I double click on it, it launches the dialogs of every component. It also doesn't allow me to drop new components in between the already present components. I am investigating how we might use AEM to front our Ecommerce site. The key advantage I want to get out of this is that AEM allows the merchandisers to customise the look and feel of an ecommerce page without a full deploy of code etc if it is much more than a text change like we have now.I'm sort of wondering what is the best way to handle things like different category pages for example. There are hundreds of these pages and the way I can see to do it is to create a base page eg /content/store/categories/baseCategoryPage and when somebody hits the url /content/store/categories/bread check to see if that page exists if not use the base category page. I also need each category page to have its own url for SEO reasons This seems a sensible approach to me as it does not require every page to be created and maintained but it gives the team the ability to customise a certain category page if they wish to.However how in AEM can I go about doing this, how can I specify a url pattern eg /con

Hi,With the release of version AEM 6.1, JDBCMk for support of RDBMS have been introduced. We are planning to move on AEM 6.1 and want to decide which option is best. We want to move to JDBCMk for the below mentioned reasons.Reduced data redundency - The repository will not be maintained on each server explicitly.Easy Scaling - Scaling the publish instances would be just creating the server and installing AEM and adding it to replication agent.Cleaner ArchitectureAbility to add and store custom data with RDBMS and mapping using sql queries. Can you please advise the advantages, disadvantages for helping us making a decision

We are on AEM 6.1 and we have personalized content on the home page of our website based on the user profile attributes. Let’s assume million user hits the home page, does that mean that home page will be pulled from cq publisher every time instead of dispatcher. Is there any way to improve the performance?

Say I'm having a jsp script that uses a model Model1 which provides myMethod. Now, model Model2 has it's own implementation of myMethod.Model1 is for component 1, Model2 is for component 2. I want to include the jsp script in both components, without the need to duplicate it, the only difference being the model instantiated. Any ideas?

I am on AEM 6.1. Under campaigns, when i create a page using offer template, scroll bar is not shown on the page. Due to which i cannot add multiple components on the offer page.Any help will be highly appreciated!!

Hi All,We have a requirement where we are creating a custom Multi-Widget and in the dialog we are using a paragraphreference which enable Author to browse the another component reference eg a composite component scenario. The issue we are facing is with the width of the field. By Default in "/libs/cq/ui/widgets/source/ext/source/widgets/form/TriggerField.js" the defaultTriggerWidth given as 17px and using this field didn't appear properly in the dialog. To resolve this we tried to use css option but that didn't work because we were unable to find the desire class on which we can apply the style. We also tried overriding the existing TriggerField.js and move it under "/apps/cq/ui/widgets/source/ext/source/widgets/form/TriggerField.js"  and change the width as per our need., this approach works but it will be helpful if somebody let us know the better way by which this can be achieved. Thanks in advance,Shikha
