Using forms for sales meetings

Hello! I am trying to use Marketo's native forms functionalities to help schedule sales meetings with our inside sales rep. I want to see what Marketo can do before outsourcing to something like Calendly. Has anyone else tried to do this? What are some best practices you found?

My current workaround is to ask my ISR for times he's available, and then create radio buttons for people to select their first and second choice time slot, then I'll manually look at who filled out the form and send emails accordingly. This feels a bit clunky to me, but it's the best I was able to think of.

One idea I had was using the date picker and then creating a logic that shows available time slots on the date picked. Again, this feels like it will be a heavy lift.

Let me know what you've tried in the past!

Could you simulate a free/busy calendar by using JavaScript and a webhook to update a {{my.token}}? Yes.

Should you? I'd say no, the niche filled by Calendly, Appointlet, ChiliPiper, etc. is worth paying for.
