Does Marketo have text messaging capabilities or sync with text messaging software?

    I've heard of marketers leveraging the Vibes integration: Vibes – SMS, Apple Wallet, Android Pay, Mobile CRM – Marketo LaunchPoint

    Yep. Informatica SMS and Twilio are the most popular.

    You do have to think through the experience for the customer and setup an opt in process and opt out process. Each country has unique requirements.

    Some use cases:

    • automated meeting reminders
    • on site event reminders
    • product communications
    • in app product communications
