Hello,

We're fairly new to Marketo and haven't done a lot with reporting yet. Is there a tool or add-on in Marketo that allows you to make a ROI multi-touch, multi-product report? Or do you have to piece together the data and create the report in a separate program?

Hi Kana,

In Marketo, you can create a program performacne report to see the ROI. The prerequisite are:

  • You are putting period cost on each program
  • You are sycing the program with SFDC (Assuming you are using SFDC as your CRM)
  • You have proper Campaign Opportunity influence setting enabled in SFDC

But if I look at yourquestion again you menitoned multi-touch, multi-product. Such reports are not out of the box report available in Marketo. You have to do a quite complex setup for such reports. I'm wiriting a blog on similar topic and will publish the same soon. Hope it will help you.
